About this course

This course is about Modern Slavery. It is designed to enable all social care staff to identify individuals who may be victims of trafficking and to respond appropriately. It’s a basic human right to be able to live freely, and we, no matter who we are, have a duty of care towards others by helping to eradicate modern slavery. Human Rights Act - Article 4: Prohibition of slavery and forced labour

1. No one shall be held in slavery or servitude. 

2. No one shall be required to perform forced or compulsory labour.
