About ENS Training

ENS is a leading family run recruitment, training and care provider with 25 years' experience. Our established training division ensures all ENS health and social care staff receive thorough training in accordance with the latest guidance from Skills for Care/Skills for Health and we encourage clients to observe these courses to appreciate the high quality of the delivery and content.

In addition to training our own staff we also offer a variety of courses for external staff. The range of courses includes all the mandatory training requirements and Care Certificate modules, as well as more specialised health and care topics. Our expert courses and professional trainers are available for single candidates on our rolling practical programmes or for a bespoke course delivered at your location.

Our approach to learning combines both practical courses and assessments with theoretical e-learning modules. The recent development of our e-learning portal enables clients to access up-to-date and fully compliant training modules for staff at a competitive rate. Clients can purchase credits for e-learning courses which gives you access to your own individual course management area where courses can be allocated, results viewed and certificates downloaded.

From 2019 we are excited to announce that ENS Training are now one of the few providers in Essex offering specialist training courses. All of our specialist training courses can be tailored to you by our qualified trainer with years of experience in the industry.

I really enjoyed the emergency first aid online course. I have done a few and this one was very detailed. It probably helps it is one of my favourite subjects, but it is not too easy, it's spot on! I look forward to the practical and I'm really happy I beat the record. I expect a gold badge lol.. I learnt some new skills to remember, I never knew about Agonal breathing .... very interesting. I'm glad I'm making an impact before even starting properly. I also took load of notes for uni!
